Over the next few weeks I will start devoting posts to snippets of my everyday life. Food, exercise, work and how I generally stay healthy and fit.

To start, I want to share with you one of our favourite family breakfasts. Nazafit muesli or as Autumn calls it, our special muesli.
We started making this breakfast when Andrew was following Michelle Nazaroff’s diet plan for his last year playing AFL. It’s raw, it’s super healthy, amazingly delicious and best of all, the whole family love it.
1 cut of rolled oats
Small handful of almond kernels
About 4 to 6 pitted dates
Tbl spn of desiccated coconut
Pinch of cinnamon.
I always add the superfood Mila to this meal.
Top with fresh fruit and yogurt to serve.
As you can see in this video I don’t get too caught up on putting in the correct amounts. Just give it a go yourself and make it to your taste.
