I have been playing around with Naturopath and Nutritionist Michelle Sanchez’s Healthy Chocolate Recipe book.
I LOVE a good piece of chocolate (especially Cadbury) so I have always been sceptic of ‘healthy’ chocolate. Well haven’t times changed. Maybe it’s my age or maybe recipes have just become that good. I’ll still admit, anything too ‘dark chocolaty’ in taste doesn’t float my boat but that’s where these amazing Energizer Bliss Balls come in.
They are delicious, healthy and the perfect amount of chocolate for me and for the kids.
Before you reach for that next packet of Tiny Teddies, why not give these chocolate balls a go. The kids and I have so much fun making them we stock up once a week. Kids activity, tick! Healthy snack, tick! Winning all round I say.
