1 cut of rolled oats
Small handful of almond kernels
About 4 to 6 pitted dates
Tbl spn of desiccated coconut
Pinch of cinnamon.
Top with fresh fruit and yogurt to serve.
As you can see in the video I don’t get too caught up on putting in the correct amounts. Just give it ago yourself and make it to your taste.
