We love to juice at home. It’s a fantastic way to get extra vitamins and minerals into our body‘s especially when we are time poor. The biggest bonus, my kids just love it!
I shot this video knowing that it was kind of silly to be posting a video about juicing but I wanted to make a point and show you how EASY it is to do.
I’m finding that people are getting too caught up in juicing the right fruit and vegetable blend for different times of the day and it’s just too easy to make an excuse to not juice.
I say, just get juicing! Whatever you have in the fridge, whatever time of the day it is, just juice it.
