This Year I Have Become A Master Outsourcer.

How much do you actually value your time? It’s a tough question to answer as so many of us are in different stages in our lives. When it really comes down to it what so many of us have in common is that we are stretched. Between running a household, family, work and trying to look after ourselves, it’s hard to know which way to turn and what part of our life we need to let up on to get some reprieve.

In my experience, it’s the personal care that gets pushed to the side. The one part of our life that keeps us sane is usually the first thing to go. Giving up the part of us that we need the most when life gets too much. It doesn’t make much sense, does it?

I can put my hand on my heart and say that I’m absolutely guilty of this. Things like exercise or reading a book all to quickly fall to the wayside when life gets a little bit hectic. I had to value my time, set a budget and start being honest with myself about what areas of my life I could start to ask for help in.

One of the first things I did was book in a cleaner. This was a huge part of my life I felt like a failure in. I actually like having a clean and tidy home. When my house is clean, my brain is clearer, and it’s easier for me to work on my business without that nagging feeling that I should be doing the housework.
