Villa Windu Sari
For my birthday this year, my friends and I decided to take a very last minute birthday trip to Bali. I’ve never been big on celebrating my birthday but with a few days off and my favourite Villa just happening to be available, I thought it was time I did.
I’ve stayed at Villa Windu Sari with the kids in previous years but this time we were going to give it a good old work out ‘adult’ style and my gosh was it perfect for the occasion.
Situation on the door step of the best bars, restaurants, shopping and Legian beach, Villa Windu Sari is situated in my favourite part of Bali. The villa is very private and with the most AMAZING attentive and kind staff, you are looked after in style every step of the way.
Villa Windu Sari boasts 4 large luxurious bedrooms, a seperate movie room, gym, semi-alfresco living and dining areas and a 14 metre swimming pool. It’s by far my favourite place to stay in Bali so far.
We were taken on a tour of their adjoining sister villa, Villa Windu Asria and it was next level. It has a different feel to Villa Windu Sari but the huge compound is nothing short of stunning and with 6 massive luxury rooms it’s perfect for a big family get together. My sister and I are thinking about hiring out both villas for mum’s 60th next year (I hope she’s not reading this). Villa Windu Asri won ‘Best Villa’ award for 2017 and we could quite clearly see why.
On this trip to Bali I was given a ‘Hungry in Bali’ book which granted me access to discounts and special deals on a lot of restaurants, bars and things to do and see in Bali. What was great about this book is it gave us the opportunity to head out, try new places and have new experiences rather than just sticking with the familiar which is oh so easy to do.
We flew to Bali with Jetstar and have already booked our next trip in September. Let the love affair with Bali continue.
What are your favourite things to do in Bali?? Would love to hear about your favourite places to eat!!
