It’s time to kick start your 2016 year!!! If your holiday has been anything like mine then it’s been a rather indulgent but extremely fun holiday season. And like most mere mortals, our holiday season has come to an end.
Although eating and drinking ruled most of my fun, I also made sure that I stayed as fit as I could and it’s because of this absolute gun that I was able to workout almost anywhere and at anytime that suited me.
Renae Wauhop, part owner of Anarchy Training Centre in West Perth has been taking me for boxing sessions and personal training sessions for about 6 months. Here, she takes us through one of my favourite high intensity workouts that can literally be done anywhere.
Don’t have an hour to spare? That’s fine!!! Do one or two circuit’s in the limited time you have. There’s no excuse not to get up and move your body. It’s never too late to try something new or to make changes to old habits and as we prove to you here, you don’t need a lot of money or time to do it.
