It’s time to fly
It’s a fact. Exercise makes you feel good. All those beautiful endorphins give you energy, feed your soul and above all, for the most part they keep you sharp and in good working order.
Whether it’s 15 minutes or two hours a day, every little bit counts. I find when I’m actively looking after myself it’s easier for me to make good choices, especially around food.
In 2015, you will see a lot more health and fitness posts on Right as Rayne where I will be letting you in on how I try to stay fit and healthy on a day to day basis. It’s one of the most commonly asked questions in ‘Ask Rayne’ so I feel it’s about time I shared a little more with you.
