Making your timeless piece last through the years
Knitwear is an essential wardrobe staple and with it now assessable on any budget it’s important that you treat your knit with love and respect to ensure it carry’s over from year to year.
When purchasing a knit you should make sure its good quality. Bad knits will leave a trail of fluff and take you from looking chic to shabby in no time. Look after your knitwear when storing it. It’s best to fold knits in your wardrobe, hanging them can cause them sag and stretch in all the wrong places. Go for a muted tones in greys, whites, camel. It’s important to always hand wash or dry clean your knitwear. A 30 degrees hand wash cycle can be fine on some washing machines but I still prefer to hand wash.
