Get ready to sweat, shake and burn…
I love a good workout. Whether it’s boxing, strength and conditioning, pilates or running, I just can’t get enough of that addictive post workout feeling. But today I want to let you in on my latest fitness love.
LaFit Studio Perth in Subiaco have brought to sunny Western Australia a new, tough and ultra fabulous workout, Lagree Fitness.
Lagree Fitness is a 45minute high intensity full body conditioning workout that makes you sweat, shake and burn. For those of you who are wanting to really challenge yourself, change, tone and tighten your body, then this is definitely a workout for you.
For 45minutes you workout on a megaformer bed (non-stop) moving from pose to pose ensuring you are activating every part of your body.
What I love most about this regime is that it hits all of the fitness spots for me. The poses and intensity keeps my heart rate up, works my core muscles and ensures I get the long lean results I am after.
My fitness regime must include….
- A good sweat. Working out non-stop for 45 mintues really gets your heart pumping
- Core strength. I love to run and need to make sure I have a good strong core or my body breaks down.
- Flexibility. It improves posture, alignment and helps prevent injury.
- Muscles strength. I like to lift light weights. It improves metabolism and keeps your bones strong.
As Lagree Fitness is quite an intense workout, it’s recommended that you have a day’s break in between sessions. This is where I will either box, run or do a yoga class.
