Until little ol’ me found one right here in Perth. The ‘all in one super skin treatment’.
My ‘extreme skin workout’ was designed and demonstrated by Kim Tran, owner and director of La Belle Peau. It consisted of up to 7 different treatments all aimed to give my skin a complete skin transformation. I’m two weeks in and my skin is looking and feeling incredible! The treatment takes 4 to 6 weeks to see full results so I will post all about the treatment and results in full when I have my before and afters so watch this space…
Today I want to talk about two new products I am currently obsessed with! We all know that the top priority for our skin should be protecting it from harmful UVA and UVB rays. These rays not only cause us to age dramatically but they can do plenty of other nasty things to us as well. What I love about these products are that they are both SPF 50, they feel amazing and they happen to be good for your skin too.
Colorescience ‘Even Up’ is a three in one tinted makeup base. It’s clinically proven to improve the appearance of skin discolouration whilst brightening the skin and smoothing its appearance. Perfect for me and my pigmentation. It’s lightweight and can be applied as a primer or as your foundation. I’m hesitant to call it a moisturiser or cream as it’s so gorgeous to put on, it finishes more like a lightweight finishing powder. The colour blends beautifully into any skin tone and it’s SPF 50.
The second product is Sunforgettable. A lightweight mineral powder that covers three shades of skin with SPF 50. What I love most about this barely-there powder is that it’s designed to be reapplied during the day. Not only does it instantly give your skin a brand new barrier of SPF 50 but it freshens up any makeup you have been wearing throughout the day.
It’s water resistant and designed for active people and children (yes, I put this product on my kids) and it contains vital minerals like Red Seaweed Extract which helps to firm and balance the skin. I carry Sunforgettable with me everywhere. Not only do I brush it on my face before I get in the car for school pick up but I brush it on my décolletage, the back of my hands and on my forearms where I am starting to get little white sun spots. Eep!
Both products are SPF 50, both are super lightweight and I can’t recommend them enough. You can find out more about ‘Even Up’ here and ‘Sunforgettable’ here.
